SELINA CANCUN DOWNTOWN, Cancun – Your ideal downtown stay

The hotel rooms were amazing, looking exactly like the pictures on the website. The lack of heating reception needed for the room aircon was a minor inconvenience, but overall, the atmosphere at Selina was great.

The hotel has a convenient location for quick stops in Cancun, close to the ADO bus station and surrounding attractions. Although the rooms are equipped with necessary amenities, the loud music from the bar below and unpleasant odors detract from the overall experience. The service, except for one receptionist, is described as helpful and accommodating. The nearby parks and restaurants enhance the location's appeal. Dining options, while described as expensive, offer freshly baked European bread. For those seeking a budget-friendly stay, the high dining costs may pose a challenge.

Despite this, it was still one of the best places we've stayed in Mexico, even outshining some fancy hotels. The service was pleasant, and the staff were helpful, although we didn't book any tours with them. The location, right next to the ADO bus stop, was convenient for our trips. The dining experience, with the best food I've had at a hotel, was top-notch. However, the price for some options seemed a bit high. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor issues to consider.

The staff, however, was awesome and really friendly. The location was good if you plan to move on quickly, being close to the main bus station. The dining was decent with buffet-style meals.
